The Dandelion Principle

Primed's volunteer model is built on the Dandelion Principle: skills-oriented volunteers who seed capacity in communities where they're placed. Like dandelion seeds, each volunteer carries specific strengths — teaching, tech, business, creative — that take root and grow in the communities they serve.

In 2024, we hosted 131 volunteers from 12+ countries, contributing 3,560 hours of direct community support. The economic value of this work is estimated at $178M–$490M COP in replacement costs.
